Another Biogas Plant in Kafsis' portfolio

KAFSIS secures majority shares in the first biogas anaerobic digestion (AD) power plant. The 480 KW power plant situated in Tripoli, Greece, could potentially solve a series of problems caused by untreated organic waste throughout the entire prefecture of Peloponnese. Beyond electricity created thanks to biogas, the plant produces enriched organic fertilizer optimized for farming within the region of Tripoli. KAFSIS Bio-Industries SA also creates its first subsidiary company, KAFSIS Biogas SA, which manages the development and operation of Vassiliades Group biogas AD plants.
